Learning Support Assistant - Camden

***1:1 Learning Support Assistant required in specialist role within a Camden Primary
***Role commencing on a full-time basis in September, interviews commencing first week of term!
***Earn up to £80 a day as a Learning Support Assistant before pursuing your career as a SENCO/Psychologist/Social worker

The 1:1 Learning Support Assistant position:

This school are looking to meet a Learning Support Assistant to work with their vulnerable pupils on a long-term basis for the next academic year. You will need to be a graduate who has earned a 2:1 in your degree and have a passion for working with pupils that have special educational needs.

The ideal Learning Support Assistant should be able to hit the ground running and can keep pupils motivated throughout the school day.

The 1:1 Learning Support Assistant role:

  • Supporting key pupil on a 1:1 basis in the class
  • Providing targeted support outside of the classroom in stimulating environments
  • Liaise with the Inclusion manager to deliver SEN and behavioural provision
  • Developing social/emotional skills (depending on individual need)
  • Accompanying pupils to relevant therapy sessions (depending on individual need)
