We are currently recruiting Primary Teachers and NQTs to work in both mainstream and Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across Penarth and Cardiff. We are looking for educators who have the attitude, enthusiasm, and commitment to supporting pupils of all abilities.
About the Role:
As a class teacher, you’ll play a vital role in supporting students and teaching staff within the classroom. You may be working one-to-one with pupils who require additional support, assisting with group activities, or helping to create an inclusive and encouraging learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
A positive, proactive, and compassionate attitude
A genuine interest in working with children and young people
Deliver targeted interventions and specialist teaching to pupils across EYFS to KS5.
Support pupils with complex leaning barriers and progress their confidence and their social, emotional and communication skills.
Use multi-sensory approaches and work cooperatively with specialist multidisciplinary teams to advance and deliver these.
Monitoring and assessing pupils progress and providing updates for pupils, parents/guardians and other teaching staff.
Creating and maintaining a safe and supportive environment that encourages expression and learning simultaneously.
Willingness to learn and adapt in different school settings
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
Right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
