Our client school is large, mixed secondary school which is situated in Rochdale with over 1200 students currently enrol. The school recently moved into a purpose built site and boasts excellent provisions for learning, which has enabled teaching staff to engage students and caused a consistent climb in attainment in recent years. During their most recent Ofsted inspection, the school’s pupils were noted to be very well behaved both in lessons and around the school, with a respectful attitude towards staff and their own learning.
“We’re seeking a skilled and enthusiastic MFL teacher to join us in January, with the ability to teach French and Spanish across Key Stage 3 with one of the languages at GCSE level. The incoming MFL teacher will join a well-established department and will be supported in the transition to a new school by pre-existing work schemes.”
Situated near the M62 and A627(M), applicants from surrounding LEAs including Manchester, Bury and Oldham will easily be able to access the school, and non-drivers can benefit from the local train station being a short journey from school.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
