KS3 Supply Teacher – Bournemouth
Flexible Supply | KS2 & KS3 | Bournemouth & Surrounding Areas | Immediate & January Opportunities

Teaching Personnel are working with a fantastic network of middle schools across Bournemouth and the surrounding areas, and we're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teachers to join our team.
Whether you're looking for a few days a week, regular supply work, or something to fit around other commitments, this could be a great opportunity to take back control of your working week.
What can you expect?
As a KS2 or KS3 Supply Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of welcoming middle schools, teaching pupils in Y5 - Y8 and making a positive impact wherever you go.
Assignments can range from single-day cover to longer-term opportunities, giving you the flexibility to choose the type of work that suits you.
You'll be expected to:
- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons.
- Follow existing lesson plans and school procedures.
- Maintain a positive and purposeful learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Manage classroom behaviour confidently and consistently.
- Provide appropriate feedback to the school following lessons.
- Adapt quickly to different schools, classrooms and teaching environments.
Who are we looking for?
We're particularly interested in hearing from experienced secondary teachers who are:
- Qualified teachers or experienced educators with relevant UK classroom experience.
- Confident teaching KS2 or KS3 pupils.
- Reliable, adaptable and professional.
- Comfortable walking into a new classroom and taking control.
- Passionate about supporting young people and maintaining high expectations.
- Looking for greater flexibility in their working week.

Your experience and qualifications matter.
Teaching Personnel offer competitive rates of pay, with rates dependent on your experience, qualifications, the nature of the assignment and whether planning responsibilities are involved.
Longer-term assignments with additional teaching and planning responsibilities may be paid in line with the appropriate teaching scale.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
