Are you an enthusiastic teacher with excellent subject knowledge and a passion for helping pupils thrive as they progress through Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3?

Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking middle school in Dorset to recruit a dedicated Middle School Teacher to join their team from September.

This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who enjoys delivering an engaging curriculum across a range of subjects and supporting pupils during this important stage of their educational journey.

The Role

As a Middle School Teacher, you'll teach pupils across KS2 and KS3, delivering engaging lessons that challenge and inspire learners across the curriculum.

You will:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across a range of curriculum subjects.
  • Use your strong subject knowledge to deliver engaging, well-sequenced learning that supports excellent pupil progress.
  • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils and ensure every child can succeed.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing effective feedback to support achievement.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where pupils feel confident to learn and participate.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop outstanding teaching and learning.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and engage in ongoing professional development.

We're Looking For Someone Who...

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2, Key Stage 3, or both.
  • Has strong curriculum and subject knowledge, with the ability to teach engaging lessons across a range of subjects.
  • Can confidently adapt teaching to suit pupils with different abilities and learning needs.
  • Demonstrates excellent classroom management and high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
  • Is passionate about inspiring young people and helping them develop both academically and personally.
  • Is a positive team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.
