Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teachers to work across a variety of welcoming and inclusive primary schools throughout Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch. We have opportunities available across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, with both full-time and part-time positions to suit your availability.

As a Class Teacher, you'll inspire young learners through engaging lessons while creating a positive, inclusive classroom where every child has the opportunity to succeed. You'll join schools that value high-quality teaching, collaboration and pupil wellbeing.

The Role

  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Plan, assess and adapt learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Monitor pupil progress and provide effective feedback.
  • Promote positive behaviour and high expectations within the classroom.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, parents and carers.
  • Uphold safeguarding policies and contribute to the wider school community.

We're Looking For

  • Qualified Teachers with QTS (ECTs are also encouraged to apply).
  • Teachers with excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • Passionate educators committed to helping every child reach their full potential.
  • Flexible, reliable professionals who enjoy working in different school settings.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative school team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
