KS3/4 SEND Teaching Assistant - Catterick

Teaching Personnel are working closely alongside a school in Catterick (DL10) to recruit a full time Teaching Assistant. The role will involve supporting KS3 across Key Stage 3 and 4 with a variety of SEND, including MLD, SLD, ASC and SEMH. The role will commence immediately with potential for a permanent contract for the right candidate. Qualifications such as Team Teach are desirable but not essential, any relevant experience such as care work is also strongly considered.

The ideal applicant will have:

-A minimum of three months experience supporting SEND pupils

-TA Qualification, Level 3 (or relevant experience/degree)

-Experience with moving/handling and personal care

-A patient and compassionate attitude
