KS2 Teaching Assistant

A primary school in the Bridport area of Dorset are seeking a Term-Time only KS2 Teaching Assistant. This is a 2 form entry primary school with an average class size of 30 pupils with a range of children from all backgrounds. The school are looking for a committed general Teaching Assistant who can help pupils get the best understanding of KS2.

The role is to work at a school which has been rated 'GOOD' by Ofsted. The school are looking for a candidate to work along side teachers and children to deliver and plan small group and one-to-one interventions on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate appointed will:

• Be a reliable, engaging and caring individual
• Compassionate about working with children from a variety of backgrounds
• Would be essential to have experience working with small group tuition and delivering one-to-one interventions delivering the KS2 curriculum
• Have experience working with SATS

This would be a excellent opportunity for the right candidate looking for their next KS2 Teaching Assistant role. It would be essential that the candidate would have some experience at a previous school with knowledge of the current KS2 curriculum.
