KS2 Teacher Needed for School in NG8 Area

A newly academised school in the NG8 area are in need of a KS2 teacher to work in the Year 4 classroom beginning in January, on a contract that will initially run through until the end of the academic year. This could become permanent if the placement is successful for both yourself and the school as this is a permanent vacancy and not just cover. The school are looking over this period to ensure they have found the best fit for the school.
The school had previously been in ‘Special Measures’ however have made significant progress since joining the Trust and have implemented all the changes Ofsted recommended to improve. They feel that this will be achievable in the next Ofsted inspection which is why they want to be sure that they are hiring a strong KS2 teacher who will fit in well with the ethos of the school.
To be considered for the role, you must:
• Have an enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
• Right to work in the UK
• Previous experience in KS2 – the school will consider NQTs
• Be able to provide 2 relevant references
