A SEN school in Bedford is looking for a Part time Math teacher to join the teaching staff 3 days per week on a temporary basis for the rest of the academic year. The role will focus on the delivery of lessons across a broad curriculum, working with children across a broad range of ages and abilities. As this is a teaching role, it is important that the required applicant holds QTS and is educated to degree level (preferably in Maths or a related subject)
Key aspects of this position include:
• Monitoring key day to day factors regarding attendance, examination preparation as well as in class assessment.
• Working with SEN students, and ensuring that these pupils are catered for effectively.
• Delivering the school’s curriculum, offering feedback to senior leadership regarding student’s overall progress and attainment.
• Effectively manage behaviour expectations, as well as ensure that students are adhering to school policy.
