Are you an inspiring teacher, with a track record of raising attainment, who is looking to make a difference to pupils learning? Do you want a role that does not contain the pressure of full class teaching but allows you to work in small groups with a real focus specific to those pupils' needs?
If so a 'Good' school within the Oldham area is currently looking to appoint a KS2 Intervention teacher to work on a part time basis, starting as soon as possible.
A successful applicant should:
- Be able to demonstrate good teaching practice that engages pupils in their learning and ensures that all pupils are able to make progress
- Have a track record of raising attainment
- Have strong communication skills as you will be required to feedback to the class teacher about pupils progress.
- Have a strong use of assessment
- Have a strong understanding of the KS2 national curriculum
