Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teacher – Everton (L3)

Position: Full-Time
Location: Everton (L3)
Start Date: January 2026
Contract Duration: Initially for the remainder of the academic year, with the possibility of extension.

A welcoming primary school in Everton is looking to appoint a passionate KS2 Teacher to join their dynamic team from January 2026. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on pupils’ academic and personal development.

The Role:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the varied needs of pupils.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all children feel supported and motivated.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, offering constructive feedback to aid their learning journey.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum development and school improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents and carers regarding pupil progress and wellbeing.
  • Uphold the school’s values and ethos, promoting a safe and respectful learning environment.

Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching Key Stage 2 pupils, or a strong interest in working within this age group.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A genuine passion for education and commitment to pupil success.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to evolving educational practices.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
