KS1 Class Teacher Required

  • Full time fixed term contract
  • Start date, September 2019
  • Farnworth, Bolton, BL4
  • Smaller than average sized Primary School
  • Salary (£23,723 - £38,006)

If so an averaged sized Primary School are looking for a teacher to join their passionate, inspiring and supportive team. The school welcomes applications from newly qualified and recently qualified teachers. They strive for high standards in everything they do, from manners and behaviour to achievement and independence and have previously been graded as 'Good' in all areas by Ofsted. The school has also been praised for its attitude towards staff wellbeing, ensuring that all staff received the correct support in order to allow them to progress and grow as teachers, achieving the best possible outcomes for their pupils.

The school is located in the Farnworth area of Bolton and is a short drive from the M61, therefore can be easily accessed by Wigan, Preston, Salford, Bolton and Bury.

In order to be successful for this role you will need to:

  • Demonstrate a range of positive strategies to engage and motivate pupils
  • Keen to develop relationships with all stakeholders to benefit pupils
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be committed to promoting excellence in every aspect of school life
  • Be keen to contribute to the development and implementation of the overall ethos/work/aims of the school
  • A positive role model for our children
  • This post is suitable for a newly-qualified or experienced teacher
