Key Stage 1 Teacher
Are you an experienced KS1 Teacher seeking to adopt a new role for January 2021?
Would you like to work in a community-based school with an 'Outstanding' management team?

To be considered you will need to be an enthusiastic KS1 Teacher who can show a demonstrable track record of excellent classroom practice, outstanding subject knowledge and a thorough understanding of the current curriculum. The ideal applicant will be a KS1 Teacher with a teaching style that is heavily focused on a child-initiated approach. This KS1 Teacher position involves taking responsibility for either a Year 1 or 2 class. This will be decided based on your skills, experience and preference. As the new KS1 Teacher, you will be teaching in a holistic fashion, providing a complete and inclusive education that is accessible for all pupils. Day-to-day, you will be working closely with an eager and effective teaching assistant who will support you in general class activity and help you deliver outstanding lessons. The school offers a strong sense of belonging and good scope for career progression.
The successful KS1 Teacher will benefit from outstanding CPD and regular training sessions designed to ensure all staff are well supported in their growth and development as teachers at the school. This 'Good’ school is in Wandsworth SW18, London. The school is close to public transport routes and has on-site parking available to all staff. The school is well resourced and has good equipment and facilities available to all teachers and support staff. The school features outstanding pastoral care, energetic teachers and well-behaved students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
