Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education to our students and fostering a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning and personal growth.
  • Assess student progress through various formative and summative assessment methods.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders regarding student progress and well-being.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives.
  • Uphold school policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and orderly learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) 
  • Experience working with Key Stage 1 students preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
