Daily Rate from £120 per day

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a welcoming school in the Bury (BL0) area from September. This is a full-time position expected to continue for the full academic year, subject to a successful placement.

Applications are welcomed from both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced qualified teachers. The year group has not yet been confirmed but is likely to be within Key Stage 1 or Lower Key Stage 2. Therefore, previous experience teaching within either of these key stages is highly desirable.

This is a two-form entry school with high expectations for both staff and pupils. The successful candidate will be motivated, organised, and committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning. Planning responsibilities will be supported through collaboration with an experienced year group partner, with shared planning in place.

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an ECT.
  • Have experience teaching in Key Stage 1 and/or Lower Key Stage 2.
  • Be committed to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Demonstrate strong classroom management skills.
  • Be enthusiastic, proactive, and dedicated to supporting pupil progress.

Pay and Benefits:

  • Competitive daily rate from £120 per day.
  • Agency Workers Regulations (AWR) pay parity will be addressed after 12 working weeks.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
