They are seeking excellent classroom teachers to join their strong and highly motivated team. The school is currently particularly keen to hear from Key Stage 2 class teachers and we have positions starting in spring and autumn. Teachers here receive fantastic ongoing development and support (they are a designated national Teaching School). NQTs access a three week induction programme and then receive a further ten days of structured training during their first year of teaching, in addition to weekly INSET sessions and time with a dedicated in-school mentor. Experienced teachers will find many opportunities for progression, both within school and across our trust. Colleagues in each year group work as a team - learning, planning and assessing together - so new teachers are able to access a fully developed set of curriculum resources and plans, as well as opportunities to watch others teach. They have specialist teachers for art, music, computing, French, PE and inclusion, so class teachers can focus more on the core provision.
