Job Description
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Preston is seeking a committed KS1 Class Teacher to join their team for the summer term. Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering engaging KS1 lessons
- Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching accordingly
- Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment
- Supporting pupils with varying learning needs
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents
- Contributing to school life, planning and development
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within KS1
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate young learners
- Commitment to high‑quality teaching and safeguarding

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
