Job Title: PPA Teacher

Location: Ormskirk

Length of Role: Until July 2026 with a view to permanent in September 2026

Pay Rate: MPS

Setting: Mainstream, single‑form‑entry primary school

A well‑respected primary school in Ormskirk is seeking a motivated PPA Teacher to join their dedicated team. This role is perfect for a teacher who thrives on variety, enjoys teaching across multiple year groups and is committed to delivering engaging, high‑quality lessons.

The school is known for its supportive leadership, strong community links and nurturing environment. As a PPA Teacher, you will work closely with class teachers to ensure continuity of learning, maintain high standards of behaviour and contribute positively to the wider school community.

The position is available until July 2026, with the potential to become permanent from September 2026. The school welcomes applications from teachers with excellent classroom practice, strong communication skills and a proactive, flexible approach. Part‑time applications are also considered, with a minimum of 0.6 timetable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
