Teaching Personnel have been asked by a 2 form entry partnership Primary Academy based in Basildon Essex to find an outstanding KS1 Teacher to join the school's team in September. The School are graded Outstanding via Ofsted and have minimal challenging behaviour. "The behaviour of pupils is good. Pupils are keen, eager and ready to learn. As they walk around school they are polite and considerate of each other and adults. For example, at lunchtime in the reading dens and in the covered play area, 'the glass dome', pupils work well together in sharing toys, books and games in a calm and quiet manner.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and follow lesson plans to meet the development needs of the students
- Marking all students work
- Manage classroom and student behaviour
- Ensure you are up to date with the National Curriculum/ School Policies
- Conduct parents evening and meet the teacher days.
To be considered for this role you much have
- UK QTS or QTLS
- Able to teach KS1 students
- Excellent understanding of The National Curriculum
- Strong classroom management and experience teaching SEN
- Able to work on a Fulltime Basis.
