Kirkham based SEN School requires Teacher ASAP!

Teaching Personnel work closely with a Kirkham based SEN School which caters for 3-19 year old pupils who have a range of special educational needs including; Autism, SEMH Difficulties, Physical Disabilities, PMLD and ADHD. The School are seeking a Teacher on a full time basis to provide education predominantly for KS2 pupils, although you may be expected to deliver a range of subjects to all age groups.

Each class has at least 2 classroom support assistants in and the class sizes are always under 10 pupils per class. The School is larger than average for an SEN School and they expect their staff to be hard working, passionate and looking for a long term role in a forward thinking SEN School.

The candidate must be a qualified Teacher - NQTS and FE trained candidates will also be considered and the candidate will ideally have experience working with pupils with SEN.

The candidate must be hard working, be willing to work on a 1:1 and small group basis but also willing to deliver full classroom teaching when required.

- Negotiable pay rates £90 - 130 per day

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
