Located close to the town centre, this school in Salford (M28) requires a highly motivated, energetic Key Stage 2 teacher to join their team. The Salford primary school has great access links from the M60 and Manchester City Centre and is close to major bus routes. Ofsted has rated the school "good", positively highlighting pupil behaviour and pupil safety.
The successful candidate will have experience working in KS2 - year 3 or 4 is preferable. They will have good interpersonal skills, be extremely organised and passionate about pupil achievement and attainment. The successful candidate will ensure all pupils access the curriculum through engaging, differentiated lessons. The role is full time starting April on a permanent basis.
The Salford school has a commitment to ensure all pupils are happy, independent achievers, who are all reaching their potential. The school has recently become an academy and the new excitement and buzz around the school is apparent when you talk to members of staff. Classrooms are thoughtfully laid out with Visual and Kinaesthetic learners all provided for and pupil independence is encouraged.
The Headteacher is a highly motivated and extremely approachable. There are great opportunities for career development at the primary school. Staff are sent on a variety of training days, from Behaviour Management to Middle Leadership courses and the head teacher is eager to build on the Ofsted graded Good and move towards outstanding features.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
