Job Role: Year 6 Teacher

Location: Denton

Job Type: Full time or part time on a temporary basis with the opportunity to make permanent

Pay Rate: GBP450 - GBP550 per week depending on experience

Are you a qualified Primary school teacher who is passionate about providing high quality teaching that challenges their pupils?

Teaching Personnel are recruiting a Year 6 teacher to work within our client schools in Denton.

Our client schools are passionate about providing an education tailored to each pupil so that the full potential of each child is realised. They are looking for someone who can develop lively and enquiring minds and positively develop and maintain close links within the community.

About the role:

* Teach Key Stage 2 based lessons

* Assess, mark and plan lessons

* Assess achievements of pupils

* Provide progress reports and attend parent's evenings & staff meetings

* Teach a class of up to 30 children *

Teach towards the Year 6 SATs

The role requires:

* A UK recognised Teaching Qualification (QTS)

* Strong Knowledge on the KS2 curriculum

* A passion to deliver a high quality of education through a variety of enrichment activities and creative thinking

* A willingness to make a difference to assist the school in meeting requirements and raising standards

* A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively within the school community
