Key Stage 2 Primary Teacher Sunderland

Date posted : 25/04/19
£100 - £198 per day

Job description

This vacancy has now expired. Please see similar roles below...

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a Year 5 Teacher to work in a 'Good' Primary School based in the heart of Sunderland. The school itself is smaller than average, however, the links that the school have with the community make it feel much bigger as the staff make use of resources within the community to truly enhance their pupils learning experience. The role is to start immediately and will continue until the end of the academic year.

We are looking for a Teacher who will join the existing staff team and throw themselves into the role entirely. The staff have high expectations and standards and the school are looking for someone with a problem-solving and 'can-do' approach to challenges.

All applicants need to have a proven track record of raising attainment and accelerate progress whilst constantly engaging and inspiring the pupils, whilst also having excellent classroom management skills and develop a stimulating and vibrant environment

In return for using your expertise to help local pupils, you will receive;

  • Competitive rates of pay, up to £198 per day depending on experience and length of booking.
  • Access to an 'Outstanding' CPD programme to enhance your skills and your CV.
  • 'Recommend a Friend' scheme, which earns you money for nominating fellow teachers for work!
  • A chance to win the 'Teacher of the Month Award'.
  • Save money on needless umbrella company fees by being part of Teaching Personnel's PAYE payroll.

For more information or to discuss these roles personally, please contact Mandeep Ranhawa on 0191 223 5070 or email us at
