The Head Teacher and governing body of a reputable primary school situated just outside of Nelson town are on the look out to source a dedicated KS1 teaching assistant to support small groups of pupils during lessons, to deliver interventions and general classroom support to the Class Teacher. The working hours for this role are 9:00-13:00 equating to 20 working hours per week paid on a weekly basis directly by Teaching Personnel.

The school are looking for a teaching assistant with a positive attitude, a good sense of humour and who can adapt quickly to suit the needs of each child - the Head Teacher has emphasised that no two days at the school are these same; therefore this is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking for a new and exciting opportunity and to gain further experience in Key Stage 1.

This is a reputable primary school serving a pleasant catchment area with idyllic surroundings. This school is committed to ensuring each child fulfils their full potential and all staff in school are committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for their pupils.
