Citizenship Teacher

We have an exciting opportunity arise at our partnered secondary school. Our client school is searching for an experienced Citizenship teacher to join their outstanding team. The successful candidate must hold QTS and have previous teaching experience.

You will work in our rapidly developing secondary school, based in central Rochdale. We’re searching for a qualified and passionate individual with excellent subject knowledge and experience. You must be able to support a range of learning abilities and challenging behaviour.

The school provides on-site parking for all staff and is easily accessible by public transport.

Key responsibilities:

• Teach and support students across KS3 and KS4
• Adapt lessons to support a range of learning requirements
• Create detailed and effective lesson plans and attend department meetings
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievements, and behaviour

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
