If you answered yes to the above questions then the perfect role could have become available for you as a Primary school in Bridport is currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant for the start of the next academic year in September.
The role is a teaching assistant role and would involve offering support for the pupils across the KS2 classrooms and also taking different groups of around 3 children out of the classroom and supporting them in a smaller group environment. The groups would differentiate between lower achieving pupils and also groups of higher achieving pupils in an effort to boost the lower achieving as they prepare to enter KS2 and also to maintain the high level of the higher achieving pupils.
The school, only 10 minutes from the tram station and with great bus access from nearby towns as well as parking space for staff, was rated "Good" in the most recent OFSTED report and has been described as lively and successful, as well as a school that serves the needs of the local community exceptionally well. The Bridport School is looking to boost the standards achieved by the end of the academic year as they are keen and focused on giving their pupils the best possible level of teaching they can.
