Job Title: Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher - Primary School in Preston

Position Type: Full-time, Temporary

Start Date: April 2024

End Date: End of the Academic Year

Salary Range: Competitive Rates - £100 to £140 per day

 

Are you a passionate and dedicated educator looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at a well-regarded Primary School in Preston, rated "Good" by Ofsted.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Planning and delivering engaging and inspiring lessons to Key Stage 1 students.

- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

- Assessing and tracking student progress.

- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the educational experience.

- Providing feedback and support to students to ensure their academic and personal development.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

- Qualified teachers with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).

- Experienced in teaching Key Stage 1 students, or highly motivated NQTs.

- Enthusiastic, creative, and dedicated to fostering a love of learning.

- Effective communicators and team players.

- Committed to upholding the school's values and ethos.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
