Key Stage 1 and 2 Teachers for Waltham Primary

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for one Key Stage 1 and one Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a friendly and caring one-form Christian School in Walthamstow. Ideally you will be able to commit for the minimum of one school year on a full time basis and have at least a year of teaching experience.

The school opened as a new school six years ago and has gone from strength to strength since opening. It achieved an Ofsted 'Good' rating in 2014 with outstanding features. The school has a clear vision for how to continue improving and a determination to build on their strong foundation to become outstanding in all areas.

The school is a very friendly place and the pupil behaviour is good. The school has a Christian ethos and welcomes children of all faiths and no faith to the friendly community. The school has good links with parents and carers and this sharing of learning between home and school means pupils generally have very positive attitudes to learning.

You will be teaching a class of 30 children with the support of a wonderful team of teaching assistants that work across the school. As well as this, the school has a close-knit community and you will receive support and guidance from the team of established experienced teachers. The school is happy to consider teachers with any level of experience as long as they have a good understanding of the UK curriculum. They are hoping to interview on a rolling basis until they find the right candidate from the end of this week.
