We are looking for people who share our values and are interested in pursuing a long-term career in the Recruitment Sector.

  • We believe in Championing Quality - as the industry leader in Education Recruitment we are very aware that other agencies look to us as the benchmark for success and we strive to keep that benchmark as high as possible by delivering quality to our Candidates and Clients.
  • You're not in it alone - you are well supported by your Branch Manager every step of the way and we have a number of training programmes which are available both online and in person at our Head Office in Welwyn Garden City.
  • Passion for Education - although it's not essential to come from an education background, a genuine passion for education is a definite must! Lots of our staff have come to us after being; sports coaches, mental health workers, tutors and even part time princesses as children's parties.

Education Recruitment is an extremely demanding yet rewarding profession, there is fierce competition within the industry but you can feel secure in the fact that we are the largest and most well established agency in the sector with over 75 branches across the UK.

We are well equipped to provide full training and support for those looking to start out in Recruitment as well as being equally receptive to taking on Established Consultants who are looking to hit the ground running and develop our strong base of Using Schools within Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.

Please provide a Cover Letter with all applications highlighting the skills needed to succeed in this role and if you have a preference of working within a specific type of school (e.g. Primary, Secondary or SEN).

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Full assistance provided.
