Here at Teaching Personnel we have been approached by a local college to recruit for an IT & Computer Lecturer for a full time position in Ammanford.

The role would be starting after February half term and would be for 1 term initially with the scope of it continuing until the end of the academic year.   

You would need to have experience teaching IT & computing up to a College and A level standard and full available after February half term to commit to the role.

  • Hold Qualified Teacher status (QTS) in the UK
  • Suitable for experienced IT & Computing teachers or NQT
  • Excellent facilities throughout college with a great support network around you
  • Excellent rate of pay – minimum of GBP138.56 per day
  • CPD opportunities available through TP

Located in a diverse area in Ammanford, this college has an excellent opportunity for someone who is a qualified IT & Computing teacher with a ‘can do’ attitude who is willing to fully embrace the college ethos. You would have full access to extremely modern facilities and a dedicated team around you. The college have a need for an IT & computing teacher to work closely within the faculty.

You will have a timetable with key stage 4 and college classes, need to have excellent subject knowledge and a commitment to departmental responsibilities which would be essential for the incoming teacher.
