Isolation Room Manager

Location:

South West England, Dorset, Bournemouth

Salary:

£100 - £120 Per day

Job Duties:

• Manage and oversee the operation of the isolation room within an educational setting
• Implement behaviour management strategies to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Monitor and supervise students placed in the isolation room
• Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and students regarding isolation room procedures
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and behaviour in the isolation room

Required Qualifications:

• Confident in managing challenging behaviour

Education:

Relevant education background in education or related field

Experience:

Prior experience in behaviour management within an educational setting

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions:

• Regular interaction with students, parents, and school staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
