Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Intervention Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the NP12 area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a nurturing environment and is committed to helping pupils overcome barriers to learning.

Role Overview:

• Provide targeted intervention support to pupils in KS1 and KS2
• Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored learning plans
• Support children with literacy, numeracy, and emotional regulation
• Monitor progress and adapt strategies to meet individual needs
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

✅ Requirements:

• Experience working with children in an educational setting (school, tutoring, youth work, etc.)
• A patient, caring, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential
