Teaching Personnel are partnering with a welcoming primary school in NP12 who are seeking a dedicated Nursery Assistant to join their team. If you’re enthusiastic about helping children develop positive behaviours and a love for learning, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

As a Nursery Assistant, you will:

• Support daily nursery activities, ensuring smooth classroom operations

• Help create a nurturing, stimulating environment for early learning

• Stay organised and respond effectively to the needs of the children

• Provide high-quality care and encouragement to every child

• Follow school safeguarding policies at all times

• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to maintain a positive learning atmosphere

• Adapt to the changing needs of the nursery throughout the day

What We’re Looking For

Ideally, you will:

• Be registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)

• Hold a Child-Only DBS registered on the Update Service

• Be able to provide two professional references covering the last 24 months
