Inclusion Support Worker – Bradford 

Location: Bradford
Pay: £90 – £105 per day
Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term | Temp-to-Perm

We’re currently recruiting for a dedicated Inclusion Support Worker to join a warm and inclusive specialist provision in Bradford. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for SEND and inclusive education, who thrives on helping students feel safe, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential.

You’ll be supporting children with a range of needs, including ASD, SEMH, communication and interaction difficulties, and learning disabilities. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll play a key role in helping students engage positively with learning and school life.

Your Role:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with additional needs.

  • Implement individual learning and behaviour support plans.

  • Assist with personal care, moving & handling, and sensory regulation activities where required.

  • Encourage social, emotional, and academic development through positive relationships.

  • Work closely with teachers, therapists, and SENCOs to ensure consistent, tailored support.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in education, care, or youth/community support.

  • Understanding of SEN, inclusion, and behaviour support strategies.

  • DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

  • Reliable, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting young people.

  • Driving licence and transport preferred but not essential.
