Learning Support Assistant – Bradford (BD)

£90–£105 per day
Full-Time | Short-Term, Long-Term, and Temp-to-Perm Roles Available

We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a vibrant SEN school in Bradford (BD area) supporting pupils with complex learning needs, SEMH, and autism.

Role Overview:

  • Provide support across classrooms, ensuring pupils are fully engaged in learning.

  • Work with pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis.

  • Support emotional regulation, behaviour management, and communication development.

  • Assist with personal care and mobility for pupils with physical or medical needs.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in SEN, care, or support work.

  • Child & Adult DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

  • Moving & Handling training preferred.

  • A calm, patient, and adaptable approach to learning support.
