ICT Teacher for Middlesbrough secondary school

Teaching Personnel is currently in close partnership with several schools across Teesside, one of which, based in Middlesbrough, is currently looking to take on a new ICT specialist on a full-time basis. Applicants should ideally have some experience of delivering curriculum up to KS4, as the vacancy has arisen as a result of a maternity within the department. If you have limited experience, then a passion for teaching and proven success within given roles will be considered.

OVERVIEW

  • Full-time role covering maternity, commencing at the end of February
  • Producing lesson plans for ICT classes, ensuring to deliver curriculum in an engaging manner
  • Showing consideration to the current progress of KS3-4 classes, paying particular attention to students who are not on-track for their target grades
  • Analysing exam board specifications and implementing individual plans to ensure that each student meets these
  • Pay rates ranging from ÂŁ600-800 weekly
  • Using up-to-date teaching methods to keep lessons engaging and support students appropriately
