At Teaching Personnel, we are looking to recruit an ICT Teacher for one of our secondary schools in Leeds.

Are you a tech enthusiast ready to transform students into digital pioneers? ECTs and Fully Qualified teachers with some experience teaching in the UK and a DBS on the update service, are welcome to apply!

Role Overview: As an ICT Teacher, you will play a vital role in preparing students for the digital age by teaching them essential computing concepts, software applications, and information technology skills. You will plan and deliver high-quality lessons that foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver dynamic ICT lessons that cover a range of topics, including computer science, digital literacy, coding, and IT applications.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students and promote active learning, including hands-on projects, multimedia materials, and interactive software.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel empowered to explore, experiment, and collaborate on technology-related tasks and projects.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs and abilities of students, providing support and extension activities as needed.
• Assess students' understanding and progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
