Private Tutors Needed Urgently

I am currently working in partnership with Northamptonshire County Council & Northamptonshire Virtual School, as well as with Primary & Secondary schools across the county providing 1-1 tuition to Looked After Children, permanently excluded students, and pupils at risk of exclusion.

Tuition is completely flexible in the sense that you can pick up as many or as few referrals as possible and you manage your own diary. You conduct the sessions at time and on a day that suits both you and the student and once the referral comes to an end, you can pick up another. Tuition works in hourly sessions, usually 2-4 hours a week, but is sometimes more/less. If you can't fit a referral into your diary, then we can pass that referral to another one of our registered tutors.

We're currently inundated with referrals in the Rushden, Kettering, Corby and Wellingborough areas, so if you'd be interested in working with us as a tutor then the first step is a registration call with myself. After this we would invite you in for a face-to-face interview to learn more about your experience. Once we have you fully vetted, you can start taking on referrals. If you'd like to hear a bit more then please give me a call on the number below at your earliest convenience.

Key Requirements of our Tutors:

- Have excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with Parents/Carers/Social Workers/Education Officers

- Be a Fully Qualified Teacher or have an equivalent qualification (PGCE/NVQ/PTTLS/QTLS)

- Have experience in planning and preparing engaging and interactive lessons for young people

- Have an understanding of the national curriculum

- Teaching or tutoring experience is preferred

- You must have a passion and drive to help others learn and fulfil their potential

What's Next?

If you're looking for a rewarding Tutor / Teacher role, with flexible hours, I'd love to hear from you. Give me a call on 01604 521215 to discuss your options.
