Teaching Personnel are currently looking for support staff or Graduates who would be interested in becoming a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA). You will be given the opportunity to shadow experienced HLTAs in our partnership schools and have the opportunity to take a class yourself. When you are feeling confident, we can support you by finding you your perfect role and support you through the interview process. Teaching Personnel have a CPD Academy, that offers a range of current CPD to ensure that you are up to date with your own development.

Our ideal HLTA will be...
- Qualified to Level 4, or Degree Level
- Experienced HLTA or looking to become a HLTA and cover classes
- Recent experience working with children in a Nursery or Primary setting
- Good diary availability
- Willing to continue personal development
- Happy to support across the Key Stages
