HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) – Enfield – January 2020
A “GOOD” school in the Enfield area is seeking an HLTA to work Full Time until the end of the academic year.
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant seeking a new challenge?
A Russell Group Graduate with school based experience?
Experience in a senior role in and SEN department?
A “Good rated school in the Enfield area is seeking a HLTA or an experienced Teaching Assistant to work full time until the end of the academic year. You will be taking a senior role in the SEN department with a 50/50 split between Admin and Teaching Assistant work.
You will be working closely with a supportive SENCO who will be assisting you in every aspect of the job. You will also be working as a leader of a group of 6 other Teaching Assistants using your experience and knowledge to assist them with their work.
The Requirements for this role;
HLTA – Enfield – January 2020
- Degree in any specialism (however Psychology, Sociology, Education or Special Needs would be ideal!).
- School based experience.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to lead and learn.
