Well you can now as a Huddersfield (HD2) based Primary school is looking for a highly experienced Teaching Assistant (TA) that can offer support for their SATs. The role would involve offering support for the pupils in the classroom and also taking different groups of around 3 children out of the classroom and supporting them in a smaller group environment. The groups would differentiate between lower achieving pupils and also groups of higher achieving pupils in an effort to boost the lower achieving as they prepare to enter KS2 and also to maintain the high level of the higher achieving pupils.

The school has great access to the train station with great bus access from nearby towns too, as well as parking space for staff. The school was also rated "Good" in the most recent OFSTED report in 2015. The Huddersfield School is looking to boost the standards achieved by the end of the academic year as they are keen and focused on giving their pupils the best possible level of teaching they can.

*KS1 and/or KS2 TA

*£55-70 a day depending on experience

*"Good" rated school by OFSTED in 2015

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
