Teaching Personnel are currently looking for higher level teaching assistants in the Bradford area to work both day to day and long term cover.
We are looking for HLTA who can provide excellent assistance to both staff and pupils. We are looking for enthusiastic and resourceful HLTA's, who are willing to be good team members and represent Teaching Personnel in a positive way.
Our ideal HLTA
- An enthusiastic and resourceful individual
- Able to work in EYFS/KS1/KS2
- Committed to raising standards and attainment through high quality support
- Knowledgeable about current assessments across Key Stages
- Knowledge of SATs and phonics schemes would be beneficial but not essential
Teaching Personnel work in partnership with a variety of leading, nationally recognised CPD providers, such as National Association of SEN, National Autistic Society, Ruth Miskin, Team Teach, Educare, Creative Education, and Leeds Trinity University.
These partners deliver an extensive range of career developing opportunities to you, covering areas such as; Accredited Team Teach, Understanding and Supporting Children and Adults on the Autism Spectrum, An Introduction to Special Educational Needs and Disability and many more.
