Job Vacancy: Full-Time History Teacher – September Start
Location: Birmingham City Centre (B1)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS (Dependent on Experience)
Must Hold: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated History Teacher to join a thriving secondary school located in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-respected department with strong student engagement and a supportive leadership team.
About the Role:

Deliver engaging and high-quality History lessons to KS3 and KS4 students

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Monitor student progress and provide effective feedback

Participate in departmental planning, meetings, and school-wide CPD

Contribute to the wider life of the school community
✅ About You:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Strong subject knowledge and a passion for History

Able to inspire and motivate students of all abilities

Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

Committed to raising achievement and standards
