Job Vacancy: Full-Time History Teacher – September Start
Location: Birmingham City Centre (B1)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS (Dependent on Experience)
Must Hold: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated History Teacher to join a thriving secondary school located in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-respected department with strong student engagement and a supportive leadership team.

About the Role:

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality History lessons to KS3 and KS4 students

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

  • Monitor student progress and provide effective feedback

  • Participate in departmental planning, meetings, and school-wide CPD

  • Contribute to the wider life of the school community

✅ About You:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for History

  • Able to inspire and motivate students of all abilities

  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

  • Committed to raising achievement and standards
