Pay Rate: £100 - £125 per day (+ £100 bonus upon securing the role)

Are you a passionate HLTA or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain further classroom experience? Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Atherton, easily accessible just off the A577.

The ideal educator will have:
• HLTA status or meet the HLTA standards
• A Child Workforce DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one)
• Confidence to cover planned teacher absences and deliver lessons
• A hands-on, enthusiastic approach to supporting pupils in reaching their full potential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to support in a range of areas including PPA cover, small group tuition, and 1:1 interventions
