Health and Social Care Teacher
Are you a Teacher of Health and Social Care looking for a new role in the new year? Of are you a NQT looking for your first position? If so, a large secondary school based in the Darlington area are recruiting for a Health and Social Care teacher to start in January 2020. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and successful Vocational Team in a thriving education environment.
The “Good” secondary school will require the successful candidate to work on a full time basis, planning and delivering all aspects of the curriculum to KS4. You will be required monitor student progress, collect data and provide feedback to students, parents and carers.
Teaching Personnel are looking for a Health and Social Care Teacher who:
- Have worked in UK secondary schools/Further Education establishments previously.
- Have taught on the 1-9 grading system.
- Hold a UK recognised teaching qualification.
- NQTs with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Can adapt to new situations quickly & have the ability to think on your feet.
- Have an upbeat and positive attitude towards the education of young people.
- Have a DBS certificate registered on the Update Service OR BE WILLING TO DO SO.
