Job Summary:

Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a high-performing secondary school to recruit an exceptional Head of Physics for a permanent role starting in September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Physics teacher to lead a knowledgeable and committed team within a thriving Science department.

The successful candidate will bring strong subject expertise, leadership capabilities, and a collaborative approach to support continued departmental success. You will be joining a Science faculty that consistently achieves outstanding outcomes and offers students a full suite of qualifications including Triple Science at GCSE, A Levels in Biology, Chemistry and Physics, and a Level 3 Applied Science course.

This is a full-time leadership position within a well-resourced and fully staffed Science department. There are regular Science clubs, enrichment activities, and opportunities for students to take part in regional and national competitions.
