Curriculum Lead for Design Technology

This Academy school aim to inspire pupils to achieve their potential within education and the wider world. The school are seeking to appoint a dedicated curriculum lead to join an expanding department in the new academic year.
As a part of a multi Academy Trust, the school benefits from a community feel, where classroom teachers, curriculum leads and SLT are able to share experiences and best practise across the schools. Regular CPD training takes place to ensure teachers are progressing and developing their careers in their chosen subjects or accessing regular updates on previous instruction.

- Experience in planning and delivering a wide curriculum
- Thorough knowledge of your subject area
- Experience directly managing staff or a group of trainees
- Be willing to contribute to the wider curriculum across development days
- Be a great motivator with real enthusiasm for your subject
