Guaranteed work for Teachers and Cover Supervisors

As Teaching Personnel are now working in partnership with the Consortium Academy Trust, we are looking to put in place a number of guaranteed work schemes for a January start. The GWS provides those teachers accepted onto the scheme with that all-important guarantee of income. So whether you are a teacher, cover supervisor or support member of staff, we would be keen to hear from you.

Benefits of the guaranteed work scheme:

• Assurance that you will receive work in schools
• Guarantees that you will receive income for at least the number of days (less one) that you make yourself available every week under the terms of the scheme
• Means that you don't have to manage relationships with multiple agencies
• Minimises your payroll and tax administration
• Ensures you are constantly promoted to schools when you are available for work. This can often result in you being matched with a school that you go on to work at on a longer term or even permanent basis (if this is what you are seeking).
• Helps Teaching Personnel to better serve our client schools, as we have greater knowledge of which candidates we have available at all times.
• Provides Teaching Personnel with greater confidence to develop our school business in new locations where we have GWS teachers located.
