We are in partnership with several schools across the local Reading and Berkshire areas that offer extremely useful opportunities for graduates to gain valuable experience and paid work in order to build a foundation of skills so they can go on to teacher training either within that particular school or another local one.

What's on offer?

• Paid work in a secondary school setting as part of the Future Teacher's Programme
• Work can be from 1 term to 1 academic year depending on the school setting
• Performing duties such as small group or 1:1 interventions and stepping up to cover whole classes
• Earn up to £80 per day
• The chance to become a recognised and trusted person within a school who can consider you for future teaching opportunities once you qualify
